Say hello to Jayne – our brand-new Sales Executive for Liven Coastline and your go-to guide for a lifestyle on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Queensland coast. If you’ve ever needed someone who knows every beach, café and whale & dolphin spotting point along the Coral Sea coastline… well, you’ve found her!

Jayne’s real estate journey started in Western Queensland, a passion which has now turned into a thriving 25-year career (and counting!).  From residential to commercial and everything in between, regional real estate gave her what she calls “the best learning experience you could wish for.” Since then, she’s even run her own boutique agency. Put simply: she’s seen it all, sold it all, and loved every minute of it.

But what really lights Jayne up is helping people find their place. “The satisfaction of assisting clients into a new home or new area and forming long relationships along the way is always front and centre for me,” she says.

A true local who knows the coastline like the back of her hand

Jayne has called the Coral Coastline home for almost 20 years, purchasing her beautiful Coral Cove home back in 2005. Today, she’s officially a local in every sense – swimming, snorkelling, cooking up a storm and growing herbs when she’s not chatting to future residents.

And lucky for us, she brings that true-local knowledge to her role at Liven Coastline.

“Elliott Heads is an amazing part of the Bundaberg coast,” she explains. “Stunning beaches, the rock pool, the esplanade walkways, the Elliott River meeting the Coral Sea… it’s relaxed, laid back and honestly one of the most enviable lifestyles you can find.” From beaches to snorkel and dive sites, golf clubs to fishing spots, Waves Bowls Club to Elliott Heads Surf Club and Driftwood Café – if it’s part of Elliott Heads’ charm, Jayne knows it, loves it, and can’t wait to share it with you.
